Thankfully I've been basically off alcohol entirely for the past while; I've been taking enough ibuprofen for us to just kind of side-step the whole issue (maybe it doesn't interact with alcohol? but it was a lot of ibuprofen). I really only need a fallback painkiller until Thursday, when I go see the neurologist, so I shall probably stik with acetaminophen. My mom doesn't want me on any NSAIDs, really, because they can hurt your stomach also.

If that doesn't work, my GP is an internalist who specializes in headaches, so my mom will e-mail her to ask for help.
